Phaedra Fenghuang, YET ANOTHER Monster High OC, daughter of the Phoenix this time. Again, she's based on the Chinese phoenix (also known as the "August rooster," heh), rather than the Western phoenix--Chinese phoenixes are more of an immortal, colorful, mythical bird, rather than a creature made of fire, so I decided to go in a bit more of a peacocky direction with her design. Her feather patterns, clothing and accessories are based on motifs and costumes found in Beijing Opera (which I love SO MUCH guys, I can't even tell you).

Phae is BFFs (GFFs?) with Quinn and Lulu, especially Lulu, since she's the yin to Lulu's yang. The two balance each other out quite well with their opposite personalities.
